Pork And Rice Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
6 pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. boiling water
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Coat large casserole dish with melted margarine.
Place chops in dish
and season with salt and pepper.
Top with soup mix, green pepper and rice.
Combine catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Spread
over rice.
Pour in boiling water and sprinkle cheese on top.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
