Fiesta Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe avocados
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
8 oz. sour cream
2 green onions, finely chopped
8 oz. taco sauce
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 c. black olives, pitted and sliced
1 c. tomatoes, chopped
tortilla chips (for dipping)
Preparation

Mash avocados; combine with lemon juice.
Spread evenly in 9-inch pie plate.
Spread sour cream on top of avocados.
Sprinkle with onions.
Spoon taco sauce over onions; sprinkle with cheese, olives and tomatoes.
Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Serve with chips for dipping.
