Toasted Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/3 c. coconut
    1 deep dish pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, margarine, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Stir in coconut.
    Pour filling into unbaked pastry shell.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
    Cool before serving.
