Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg, beaten
kosher salt
Preparation

Dissolve yeast into warm water, then add flour, salt and sugar.
Take a piece and roll it into the shape you want.
Brush with beaten egg and then sprinkle on kosher salt.
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake 12 to 15 minutes in a 425\u00b0 oven.
Serves 12.
