Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter, melted
1 C. brown sugar
1/4 C. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 to 2 1/2 C. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Melt butter. Add brown sugar and boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk and bring to boil again. Add vanilla and confectioners sugar. Beat until smooth.
