Au Gratin Of Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    4 oz. Proscuitto ham, cut in thin strips
    1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
    1 1/2 c. heavy cream
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt butter; add garlic, saute.
    Stir in ham; saute.
    Add cauliflower; saute.
    Stir in flour and cream. Blend in seasonings.
    Heat to boil, then remove immediately.
    Pour into au gratin dish.
    Mix in cheese and top with parsley.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
