Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. tortillas
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 can chicken or mushroom soup
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions and garlic over medium heat.
    Add next 7 ingredients.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Line 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with torn tortillas.
    Top with meat mixture and more tortillas. (Layer meat and tortillas.)
    Pour soup and milk mixed over and top with layer of cheese sprinkled evenly over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
