No Frost Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Pour boiling water over oatmeal and let stand 10 minutes.
Add sugars, shortening and eggs.
Sift remaining ingredients and add to oatmeal mixture.
Pour into baking pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
