Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
2 t. baking powder
2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
2 t. cinnamon
1 1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
3 c. carrots, grated fine or 1 sm & 1 lg. jar of baby food carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
1 t. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar and oil;
Sift together, flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Gradually add to sugar mixture, while mixing,
then add carrots, nuts and vanilla.
Grease and flour 3 cake pans.
Divide batter into pans,
bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
