Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks butter
2 c. cake flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
3/4 tsp. soda
1 c. ripe bananas, mashed (3 or 4)

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add salt, baking powder and soda.
Add flour, buttermilk and mashed bananas. Add vanilla.
Pour into three greased and floured pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Ice with caramel icing.
