Mock Country Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. Accent seasoning
    1/2 c. dry milk
    1 tsp. salt
    excess flour (to roll out in)
Preparation
    Mix flour, milk, salt, pepper and Accent together.
    Knead into meat thoroughly.
    Sprinkle excess flour on dough board.
    Knead. Roll out 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick.
    Cut into various size pieces. Brown in hot grease.
    Remove and make gravy.
    Drop meat back into gravy.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
