Chinese Hamburger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can water
    1 c. celery, cut in 1/2-inch lengths
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. mushrooms
    2 small onions, chopped
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Mix with remaining ingredients except noodles. Pour into a 9 x 12-inch baking pan and cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Add noodles and bake 15 minutes, uncovered.
