Shrimp Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. soft oleo
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    juice from 1 lemon
    1 small onion, grated
    4 Tbsp. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can small shrimp
    dash of garlic (optional)
Preparation
    Combine with hand mixer.
    Add shrimp last.
    Serve at room temperature with Wheat Thins or Triscuits.
    Good to have on hand in the freezer.
    Divide into 2 or 3 small containers and freeze.
