Yellow Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken pieces (thigh, legs, breasts, wings)
    olive oil
    Wesson oil
    2 lb. bag rice, washed and add 1 qt. hot water
    1 small bottle yellow food coloring
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 qt. tomato juice or tomatoes (mashed well)
Preparation
    Brown the chicken pieces in combination of olive oil (3/4 of small bottle) and Wesson oil (approximately 1 cup). In large turkey roaster pan, place the rice, food coloring, salt, dried onion flakes, garlic powder and tomato juice or tomatoes (rinse can or jar and add to mix). Place chicken on top of rice mixture and pour leftover oils over all. Press with a spoon to allow oils to penetrate.
