Spinach Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, defrosted and drained
    1 1/2 c. flour
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. butter, at room temperature
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. cream or milk
    3 medium eggs
    nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. diced ham (optional)
    Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, knead together (like making pie crust dough) all ingredients except the spinach.
    Mix quickly.
    When well mixed, add spinach and knead well.
    Butter loaf pan or use foil and pat the mixture into it.
    Bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    The loaf is done when the crust forms on the surface. For a light meal, add one cup of diced ham and top with Parmesan cheese.
