Tortilla Roll-Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    8 oz. shredded cheese
    1 small can diced green chilies
    1 small can diced black olives
    1 pkg. soft flour tortillas
    1 jar picante sauce
Preparation
    Mix cheese, cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
    Add chilies and olives; mix well.
    Spread on tortillas to within 1/2 inch of edge.
    Roll up, starting at one edge.
    Wrap in plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate about 6 hours.
    Slice into 1/2-inch slices and serve with picante sauce.
