2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 c. nuts
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 oz. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick margarine, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all by hand; do not beat.
Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
