Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix butter, shortening, 1 1/2 cup sugar and eggs thoroughly.
    Blend in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Shape dough by rounding teaspoonfuls into balls.
    Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon.
    Roll balls into mixture.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until set.
    Immediately remove from baking sheet.
