Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, boiled and deboned
    2 c. broth (from chicken)
    1 pkg. Mahatma yellow rice (saffron)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 jar mushrooms, sliced
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place uncooked rice
    in greased casserole dish.
    Put in half of broth to moisten rice.
    Cover with chicken.
    Spread on mixture of soups, sour cream
    and rest of broth on top.
    Cover with sliced mushrooms.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.\tRemove dish, top with cheese, and return to oven for about 5 minutes.
