Gallipolis Emblem Club Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 lb. potatoes
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 cans Carnation milk
    1 lb. oleo
    4 cans mushroom soup
    6 cans celery soup
    2 small jars pimentos
    2 to 3 onions
    2 large green peppers
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with peelings.
    Cool, skin and dice.
    Melt butter and saute onions and peppers.
    Add soups and milk.
    Fold in cheese until melted.
    Add pimentos.
    Pour over potatoes and cook at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 75 people.
