Glazed Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 leg of lamb (6 to 9 lb.)
salt and pepper
1/2 c. catsup
parsley
lemon wedges
1/2 c. dry sherry
1/2 c. currant or other tart jelly
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
Preparation

Sprinkle lamb with salt and pepper.
Place on rack in roasting pan.
Roast in oven preheated to 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes per pound or until meat thermometer registers 145\u00b0 for medium-rare doneness.
