Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. macaroni
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1/2 water
    dash of garlic
Preparation
    In a large pan, brown ground beef and drain.
    Add onion and bell pepper (diced).
    Then add the Ro-Tel tomatoes,
    tomato sauce and water.
    Cook the macaroni in a separate pan until it is soft; drain the water off and add the goulash.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt.
    Bring to a boil and simmer for 40 minutes.
