Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large green pepper
    1 can whole tomatoes
    seasonings
Preparation
    Make beef into patties and fry until brown.
    Put browned patties into an oven dish.
    Pour can of tomatoes, diced peppers and seasonings over patties.
    Simmer approximately 30 minutes or until peppers are tender.
