Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 bananas
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. fructose
2 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
Preparation

Use processor or electric mixer and beat well the bananas and vegetable oil.
Add to rest of ingredients and mix.
Pour into greased loaf pan (5 x 9-inch.)
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
