Sour Cream Corn Bread(8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. corn meal
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, just enough to blend well.
    Pour into a greased 8-inch pan (square).
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
