Orletta'S Chile Egg Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 dozen eggs
    4 oz. Jack cheese, grated
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. flour
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    1 (7 oz.) Ortega chilies, diced
Preparation
    Blend eggs with mixer until light and lemon colored. Add remaining ingredients, except chilies. Stir in chilies. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
