7-Up Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small pkg. lemon jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 7-Up
1 1/4 c. miniature marshmallows
1 can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
bananas, sliced
1 c. reserved pineapple juice
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
3 Tbsp. flour
3 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. oleo
8 oz. Cool Whip

Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Let cool and add 7-Up, marshmallows, pineapple and bananas.
Pour into Pyrex dish.
Cook until thickened the pineapple juice, sugar, egg, flour and cream cheese.
Remove from heat and add oleo.
Cool.
Add whipped topping.
Put over jello and top with coconut.
