Green Chili Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. steak
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1/2 tsp. red chili powder
    2 (16 oz.) cans pinto beans
    1 (1 lb.) chopped tomatoes
    5 large potatoes, cubed
    1 (6 oz.) hot green chiles
    1 tsp. vinegar
    4 c. water
    5 beef bouillon cubes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions while cutting meat into small pieces.
    Brown meat and onions in a little oil, just until meat is grayish.
    Put all ingredients in big pot with onion and meat.
    Cover and simmer 5 to 6 hours.
    Stir often.
    Great with flour tortillas.
