1/2 c. salad oil
1 (3 lb.) chicken
Preparation

Mix flour, salt, paprika
and
pepper.\tAdd
salad oil. Dip chicken in mixture coating well.
Bake in a shallow pan at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.\tMakes 6 servings.
