Pakoray - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. gram flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. white cumin seed
    1 tsp. pomegranate seed
    water
    fresh coriander, finely chopped
    oil for deep frying
Preparation
    Sift the gram flour into a large bowl.
    Add the spices, baking powder, cumin and pomegranate seed.
    Blend.
    Add water and beat well to form a smooth batter.
    Add coriander and leave aside.
