Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 stick softened butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar
Preparation

Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle with the first 2 ingredients.
Mix chocolate cake mix according to directions and pour over coconut and pecans.
Mix butter, cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then drop by tablespoon on top of cake batter.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
When cake is done, it will look \"cracked\" like an earthquake.
Invert pieces to serve.
