Heshwi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    ground beef (any amount)
    rice (any amount)
    chicken broth or water
    minced onion (1 small per lb.)
    salt and pepper to taste
    cinnamon (2 to 3 tsp. per lb.)
    allspice (1 to 2 tsp. per lb.)
    nutmeg (1/2 to 1 tsp. per lb.)
    butter
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions in butter; do not drain.
    Add spices (can adjust to taste).
    Add rice and brown for a few minutes, mixing well.
    Add chicken broth, water or combination of both (2 to 2 1/4 cups per cup rice).
    Bring to a boil and cook over very low heat until rice is done, stirring once or twice.
    Serve with tomato and cucumber salad and plain yogurt.
