Veal Gypsy Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. veal
    3 Tbsp. oil, heated
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1 bay leaf
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut veal in 1-inch cubes.
    Dredge meat in flour, pressing in as much as possible.
    Add meat to hot oil.
    Add salt and paprika. Stir meat until thoroughly browned, then add hot water, onion, garlic and bay leaf.
    Cover pot with lid and cook slowly until tender, about 45 minutes.
