Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
8 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 to 6 slices bread, cubed
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain.
Beat eggs, add milk, salt and mustard.
Put bread in a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add sausage, then cheese. Top with egg mixture.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
