Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    2-quart chicken broth
    water
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1/2 c. onions, diced
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 carrots, sliced
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in chicken broth; add water to cover potatoes. Cook until tender.
    Cook celery, onions and carrots in butter in skillet until tender.
    Add to potatoes; add enough milk to taste. Add salt and pepper.
