Taco Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground turkey
1 small onion, chopped
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans, drained
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
1 can kidney beans
1 1/2 c. water
1 (1 oz.) pkg. Ranch dressing mix
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can hominy or corn, drained
1 can green limas, drained
3 cans tomatoes (juice and all)
shredded cheese
tortilla chips
Preparation

In large pot, brown turkey and onions.
Drain all of juices except tomatoes and add all ingredients except cheese and chips to turkey mixture.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
Top with cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
You might add chopped onions, also.
