Flan(Cuban Dessert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. evaporated milk
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Take 4 tablespoons of sugar with a few drops of water and heat in loaf pan until dark brown or almost burnt.
    Mix ingredients and pour into loaf pan.
    Place pan in another baking dish with water covering the bottom of the pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 1 hour.
    Serve warm or chilled.
