Sweet Potato Bake - cooking recipe

3 lb. sweet potatoes
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. pineapple juice
2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cook sweet potatoes with skins on.
Peel and put in casserole. Cover with sauce.
Combine all ingredients but butter and nuts. Cook until thick.
Add butter and nuts, pour over potatoes so all are glazed.
Bake, covered, 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
