Italian Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 Tbsp. lemon or orange rind
    3/4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then bake at 250\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until very firm.
