Rodeo Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
    1 (16 oz.) can hominy, undrained
    1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes with green chilies
    1 (16 oz.) can baked beans
    garlic powder and salt to taste
Preparation
    In large Dutch oven, brown ground chuck partially.
    Add onions and continue browning.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Serve with cornbread.
    Yields 8 servings.
