Speedy Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and mushrooms.
    Set aside.
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Return beef to skillet.
    Add onion, celery, mushrooms, soup and garlic salt.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add sour cream and heat over low heat to serving temperature.
    Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
