Gingered Chicken(Microwave Needed) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken drumsticks and thighs
    1/3 c. honey
    1/3 c. chili sauce
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Arrange chicken pieces, skin side up, with the thickest parts to the outside edge of the 12 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients (except cornstarch and water) and pour over chicken.
    Cover with waxed paper and microwave on High (100%) for 10 minutes.
    Spoon sauce over chicken, rotating dish 1/2 turn. Cover and microwave until thickest parts of chicken are done, 7 to 10 minutes longer.
