Ingredients

1/4 c. rice
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. milk, scalded
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Wash rice thoroughly.
Add remaining ingredients and pour into greased baking dish.
Bake in slow oven (325\u00b0) 2 hours, stirring several times during baking.
The mixture should not boil.
Serve hot or cold.
