Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or oleo
    3 Tbsp. lard
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    vanilla flavoring
    self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix in flour to stiff; enough to roll out. Roll out thin and bake at 350\u00b0.
