Smoked Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (16 oz.) red salmon
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    2 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon.
    In a medium bowl, combine salmon, cream cheese, onion, lemon juice, liquid smoke, horseradish and salt.
    Wrap in wax paper to form a ball.
    Chill until firm.
    Roll in parsley and pecans.
    Chill until ready to use.
    Serve with crackers or party rye.
