7 Layer Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 c. whole kernel corn
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. peppers
    1 lb. ground beef, cooked, drained and seasoned with salt and pepper
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cover with bacon.
    Cook 1/2 hour, covered, and 1/2 hour, without cover, at 325\u00b0.
