Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. hamburger
2 large onions
1 or 2 green peppers, chopped
3 cans sliced mushrooms, drained
2 chili sticks (found in cold meat counter like chili con carne that is for instant chili)
3 (No. 2) cans tomatoes or 2 large (1 lb. 12 oz.) size tomatoes, mashed
1 or 2 cans pinto beans
4 Tbsp. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown hamburger and onions together.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer for 4 to 5 hours or until tomatoes are all cooked up.
