Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 medium mushrooms
    1/4 c. green onions
    1 clove of garlic
    1/4 c. melted margarine or butter
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Wash and dry mushrooms.
    Remove stems from mushroom caps. Place mushroom caps in a greased 8 X 8-inch baking dish.
    Saute mushroom stems, onion and garlic in margarine for about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients except mozzarella cheese.
    Divide stuffing mixture evenly among mushroom caps.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until hot.
    Top with mozzarella cheese and bake until cheese is melted (5 minutes).
