Fruit-And-Cereal Brunch Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole wheat flake cereal (Wheaties)
    1 c. orange juice
    1 egg
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. mashed bananas (2 small)
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine first 2 ingredients in large bowl; let stand 5 minutes.
    Combine egg, oil and bananas.
    Add to cereal mixture. Combine 1 1/2 cups flour and next 5 ingredients.
    Add to cereal mixture, stirring just until moistened.
    Pour batter into greased 9-inch square pan.
    Combine brown sugar and next 2 ingredients. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles crumbs.
    Stir in pecans. Sprinkle over batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
    Yields 9 servings.
