Apple Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
2 1/2 c. apples, diced
1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs.
Mix flour, soda, salt and spices.
Add to creamed mixture.
Fold in apples and nuts. Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
